• Account information. When you sign in — including via Google Sign-In (OAuth) — we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.
• Contact & delivery details. Phone number, delivery addresses, and order preferences you provide.
• Order & transaction data. Items ordered, order history, and payment status (payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card details).
• Device & usage data. Device type, app version, and diagnostic/crash data used to keep the Service reliable.
• Location. With your permission, approximate or precise location to show nearby restaurants and enable delivery.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you (including Google OAuth sign-in).
• To process and deliver your orders and provide customer support.
• To send order updates and important service notifications.
• To improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Google User Data

Distro's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the minimum scopes needed to sign you in (basic profile and email). We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: restaurants and delivery partners necessary to fulfil your order; service providers (e.g. payment, hosting, analytics) acting on our behalf; and authorities where required by law.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
